I strive for people
to have what I call
"the second take".

    For me " the second take" is when a viewer looks at a piece of art, a painting, a sculpture, a song, a movie - ART; and they stop and they think about it. And in my particular case with sculpture, their head turns back and they look at the piece a second time as they think about its meaning. If that viewer thinks about the piece an hour or a day later and its meaning, I believe that I, the artist have done my job. That is what I strive for in my art.
